Philosophy VS Skill VS Character:There is phenomenon of periodical development of leadership in China, from Leadership philosophy development to leadership skills development, and to leadership character development. Now business leaders in China have strong desires to develop “Character Based Leadership” which is claimed and practiced at West Point.
Indoor Learning VS leadership challenges:West Point has turned out more leaders than HarvardBusinessSchool and is widely recognized as the best BusinessSchool in the world.
